Creates a hotel booking. Prefer input.optionRefId from optionQuote.optionRefId after prebooking. When the connection allows book-from-search (no RATE_TYPE remark containing RECHECK), you may pass the search option id instead. Requires holder and rooms[].paxes. On some connections, a book that repeats a recent definitive failure returns the same errors[] with additionalData.book_option_blocked=true without calling the provider again: the same optionRefId after an availability, price or request failure (search and quote again), or the same holder on an option that reuses a rate of the attempt that failed with verify_booking_then_restart (list by clientReference first). Funnel Tracking (analytics only — not booking tokens): - Optional search_id / quote_id link Search → Quote → Book in analytics. - Do not put searchId/quoteId into optionRefId. - If omitted, the system may fall back to context or correlation_id.
