Hotel booking creation and management endpoints

📄️ Create booking

Creates a hotel booking. Prefer `input.optionRefId` from `optionQuote.optionRefId` after prebooking. When the connection allows book-from-search (no `RATE_TYPE` remark containing `RECHECK`), you may pass the search option `id` instead. Requires holder and rooms[].paxes. On some connections, a book that repeats a recent definitive failure returns the same `errors[]` with `additionalData.book_option_blocked=true` without calling the provider again: the same `optionRefId` after an availability, price or request failure (search and quote again), or the same holder on an option that reuses a rate of the attempt that failed with `verify_booking_then_restart` (list by `clientReference` first).

📄️ Cancel booking

Cancels an existing booking by Bundleport bookingID (optional client/provider references when supported). Response is proto CancelResponse with cancelReference plus audit/errors/warnings — not a nested booking object or cancel penalties payload.
